• 8 potatoes 
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 water 
  • 2 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp white pepper 



Preheat oven to 370 degrees. 


Using the “s” blade of a food processor, process onion. Then, shred potatoes using the food processors shredding blade. 

Pour into a 9x13 pan and add in eggs, oil, water, salt, and white pepper. Mix well to evenly distribute all ingredients. 

Put in oven and bake for about 1.5-2 hours or until the top is golden brown.
